Although I have my reservations as to the two people being the same (it seems anything is possible these days), I must say the eye colour changing proceedure is fantastic. It's the first time I've seen it. Now there seems to be no limit as to what we can do to ourselves. I wish I knew about this 30 years ago!
It would be interesting to know if this proceedure would become a problem for those iris identifying softwares which we see in some high security outlets.
