Bill's message parallels the dream of Sarah Hoffman. Now I wonder if Sarah Hoffman was even real, maybe she was fictitious so that 'they' could use a dream story to outline their plan and be able to communicate openly world wide without getting caught.
So was Sarah Hoffman a real person or was this an ingenious plan to communicate/coordinate with other 'planners'? And if this was a means to openly communicate with other 'planners' I wonder if there are other similar
dreamers out there that have published dreams? Perhaps updated dreams of communication!
