You are right, Surial. I noticed that when I have higher vibrating thoughts and feelings I tend to have these experiences. The last time I had one of my experiences was after the nexus 2012 meditation at home. These meditations leave you feeling an immense amount of, for example, love and compassion (higher vibrating feelings) that one is turning their knob to tune into these higher frequencies.

There was an incident where they visited South America and talked to a man. They were trying to adjust the Earth's frequency with a portal. This portal would allow other dimensional visitors to come. This may be a preparation to what will happen. They did discuss with the man that there were going to be physical Earth changes coming.
They probably walk among us now and we can't see them.
