Bank of North Dakota is exellent example how to use present day
otherwise bad system in a best way..
Problem we had with this here in europe is new Lissabon treaty and our deals with European central banks and so on...
Only way we could do that here at present is example that I or many people
together create a privite bank (needs only 5 million euros) and loan money to our county or even our goverment with much more smaller intrests....
We have played with this idea since its possible...
In Sweden they have something called JAK bank wich is quite close..
