My guess is that somewhere, someone/something wanted to get hold of the Avalon library.
Unique content is worth a unique prize.
So duplicate the content a 100 times, stash it in save havens, spread across the planet & put the keys under the doormat.
The more there is, the less it's worth in $. I'll bet TPTB behind Project Arbaxass rapidly lose their interest & appitied in this snack.
