I've heard somewhere (can't remember where, unfortunately - throughout some journeying through articles and blogs, I'm sure!
) that the E.T.'s who died here on Earth during Roswell reincarnated back into OUR planet's life cycle because they were within the energetic "confines", so to speak, of Terra. This may not be actuality, but it's a great theory that could be the possible answer to your question.
