depends which ones are doing the abducting -
from personal experience even the 'rite of light' Kabbalistic Cross failed - and shook my faith in anything /anyone helping.
Searched the net afterwards and found people with worse experiences than me - but no help

One helpfull bit of advice was that they work on the group mind - so if you are individual and strong minded - you have a chance.
