Without Community in a very remote location, there is not much chance of surviving what is coming. Besides the 2012 probabilities of earth changes, the global economic/food/water situation is dire indeed.
My husband and I have failed to form a community, we are alone w/what we have built... garden/greenhouse/egg production, etc... we are not fooling ourselves to think we could survive long while helping others too, we would soon perish.

We are considering liquidating everything and relocating to a very remote "safe" place (according to all future probable maps we are already in a safe location geographically), however, just the two of us cannot do all the work that is necessary to survive, it's just not realistically possible. As Ivan Stein questioned himself "how can I best serve mankind?" and the answer was not to remain in such a vulnerable place even though he had the "stuff" to survive, with the desire to want to help others, he would soon perish also.. you can only help so many and not be able to fend off the others that are desparate.

... the only answer is to form a Community in a very remote location. I agree with this view.

It's clear to me, whether one is aware or not, there is not much chance of surviving the greatest depression & food shortage ever (not to mention probable earth changes) ... and let's face it... there are not many that are seriously moving into community, willing to uproot entirely & join w/"strangers" into community of sustainable living...

We are very soberly facing what clearly looks like extreme hardship.
