This is a quote from the transcript where Dr Bell talks about Morgellons being caused by the breakdown of implants in the body:
"...That’s something that I’ve often wondered. People have said that they have these implants, and they say they’re aliens. Were they really alien implants or were they by our own?
'Well, they’re, it’s an alien, reverse technology that was often installed under hypnosis where a person thought they had a space ship experience. In some cases they did, but in a lot of cases they didn’t but they thought they did. Right.
