Thats kind of a weak argument, trees grow leaves as a natural process of living, fish swim out of instinct. If humans did not learn, did not teach and acted only out of instinct, we would still be living in caves.
If you truly think you can "be" just by believing, then can you ascend just by believing you have?
You can no more activated your DNA by believing you can any more than you can you grow wings just by believing you can
