I have had some experience with bi-location in my life as well as obe's and nde. I had great sucess at bi-location on three different times.
Good sucess at obe's at least three times and a nde that was extrordinary.
After these things I tried the Monroe hemi sync and always found it to help me to relax and go into a sort of meditative state, but I was never sucessful using the tapes to leave my body. I do not think it was the tapes that stopped me but "me" that was the problem.
In hindsite I think I was trying to hard, and missed the "natural flow" in order to be sucessful.
I think the tapes are of value to some people.
