Past life regression can cure all sorts of physical problems as well as fears Henners. Health problems are often brought with us from other incarnations to be dealt with in this incarnation.
Remembering other lifes is also a natural by-product of spiritual advancement without being regressed by someone else. I myself experienced a revelations of another life which answered a continuing question I had of why I was fearful about going home to my husband and family. I had had this fear for sometime and it did not make sense for this lifetime.
The remembering was of a lifetime of abuse at the hands of my then husband. It all made sense and was like locks or mechanisms clicking into place. All was made clear and the fear was gone and also my frozen locked pelvis and lower back pain was gone too!
