When I first started to read it back in the late 50s or early 60s, I thought it was a load of rubbish and threw it aside after getting about quarter of the way through it. I'd been used to authors who presented strange information backing it up with references as to where they got their information. Just check out Immanuel Velikovsky's "Worlds in Collision" and "Earth In Upheaval". Both of those books paint a picture of what has previously happened to the world in past ages rather like the 2012 scenario as portrayed in recent disaster movies.
It turns out that George Hunt Williamson was channeling his information - but this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the book. Now, after reading Dolores Cannon's works, what he writes is acceptable and believable.
