What do you expect the valley is chalk full of NHL retirees.
But to be serious, your right and its strange, they do spray a ton in the Okanagan, more then I have seen anywhere else I've been.
It's one of those towns where everyone thinks they are awake cuz they buy organic and don't use plastic. The new politically 'in'correct.
