I'm a former raw vegan (former 80/10/10er too)........I eat mostly plant matter but my body doesn't thrive on 100% nor vegan......I don't judge anyone for what thet eat nor do I think what one eats relates to consciousness anymore....in the end it's up for everyone to find what works for them.....there's so much dogma out there too though so beware! And many have attempted some of the more extreme ways of eating and paid......
but if it works for you- go ahead- just be on the lookout for deficiencies..... that said- I own a raw vegan business LOL!
