That's why I said "a lot of these guys" not "all these guys." There are some decent coppers out there, though they're getting harder to spot.
The problem is the decent ones see what is happening (the corporate revenue collection allegations are all true) so they leave the force. They guys who like throwing their weight around and don't care about the right or wrong of it stay and have even more fun, because the voices of moderation and common sense are getting fainter.
