Greeting's Rumas,
Your country has a lot of territory to cover. Isn't your navy expanding, due to the Artic melt, with more water mass to patrol? It does not surprise me though. A decision was reached in 2002, by The US, Canada, and Mexico, to send and share each others troops, across each others borders. The agreement (quietly signed Feb. 2008), called the
North American Security Force, it is effect right now! Supposedly, to be used for "emergency situations."
