I welcome change it changes things yes, not always for the bad reasons, things stagnate and need to be revitalised new people coming in, when things get heated it is a shame and when people get attacked it is senseless.
I always think it is better not to add fuel to fire so to speak and let that person who is attacking be ignored they go away eventually if they have no one to back up against they lose interest.
