I met one named "Jorel" (soft "J".) during the mass Fire the Grid II meditation this year. She came to me and sat with me. We talked for the longest time, but I didn't hear any talking - only saw our mouths moving. But at one point, she leaned conspiratorially toward me and said, very emphatically, "YOU ARE THE POWER." I took "you" to mean "the Earth people", and I felt SO empowered by her statement. Just spending those few minutes with her in (silent.) conversation meant so much.
But in my "waking" life (some would argue that meditation is the REAL "awake" state.
), no, I have not. I would love to meet her for "real", though - she was absolutely fabulous. To the poster who said they met one who was a "light being", she surely was.
