I am not claiming that the creators of the cartoon
Sleeping Beauty had
any idea at all what those images signified. They were operating merely on the basis of "inspiration".
But that is the question with all art: Do they really understand the significance of what they are doing?
Similarly, I would not say that Michael Flatley had any idea at all of the specific dance movement which represents the Vision of the "Son of man". He, too, was merely operating on the basis of "inspiration".
And the same goes for
2001--A Space Odyssey,
The Matrix, and
Matrix Revolutions; which also have very extensive parallels of symbolism with the Revelations.
