Hi Lorien - forgive me for not being more thorough in reading your post. Short memory maybe =)
I'm not sure there is a bad batch either, but it's not impossible. Given you seem to be experiencing the typical signs and symptoms, chances are it's just fine. Wish I could be of more assistance, however I will say that is has been working for me in many ways. Even stopped smoking on it... which was really unexpected, if not weird.
