I always felt inside never to have a mammogram. I have never heard a good review of this process and I think the stress alone could cause problems. Also there is a massage technique that can help to distibute toxins feom that area. This can be found on google - unfortuately this is normally promoted through porn. I am sure you can all dicern that this technique would be a good part of an everday shower.
