By listening to Dr Ott's
"The Story Behind the Story" I'm learning that the NSA (National Security Agency) is re-locating their headquarters to a huge new facility 30 miles south of Salt Lake City. I believe this will be an add-on to an already existing National Guard facility at Camp Williams.
This NSA facility will house the "Utah Data Center."
Evidently there was a story in the
Ogden Standard Examiner on January 27, 2010 about this.
I believe the center requiring a huge amount of electrical power (for gathering data on
us no doubt) has something to do with Utah being chosen...
