All energy is equivalent, so
ke = e => m x 1/2v^2 = m x c^2
=> v = sqrt(2) x c = 1.414 x c
=> the velocity of matter is permanently equal to the velocity of two light beams travelling at right angles to each other.
Matter is trapped light!
