SUGGESTION/REQUEST:

I am suggesting/requesting that this thread be stickied so it is easier to locate amongst the growing number of posters in this forum.

Yes this thread is usually near the top but if this is going to be the main thread that Bill will be talking in, then it should belong with the other stickies where its easy to find by anyone + it's an important thread hence the sitcky funtion.
