My husband and I meditated for one hour. looping Pfied Piper's music. Even the dog kept quiet allowing us to go more deeply into our meds. I found that the music was very helpful, more so than hemi-sync...The vibrations pulsated from soles of the feet upwards into the crown chakra and outwards following the inhalation and exhalation of breath. I felt so privileged to be part of this world-wide group and so full of love that emotion just welled up inside of me. I will definitely continue as long as Nexus meditation does.
