We had a group meditation of 5 and I felt the energy in my body quickly. The music plus the group gathering really energized the air. What also enhanced the atmosphere energy was the "singing bowls" and the live sound from a conch (first time I heard it live). With all that energy, the hour went pretty quickly.

We followed with a ground crew meeting that lasted for 4 hours. The day was a relaxing and productive one.
