Messages like this still have value, however. Think.
The ETs will only intervene once we are evolved enough ourselves. The only real ET message that I am aware of is this
1977 radio interruption which I'm sure most of you have seen.
There may be a Galactic Confederation of Worlds, but they will only appear once we have proven ourselves worthy of their assistance.
