hi guys,

had 4 drops last night and 5 this morning.

what happens if you were to take the MMS without the activator? I use lemon juice.

today, I have woken up with the worst back pain I have ever had. I literally couldnt get out of bed. I think it maybe muscular but I thought....is it possible that if you dont add enough activator can MMS give you any side effects.

the pain is close to my kidneys and just wondered if that was the issue?
