from what tone3 wrote only 3 out of the 71 are coming from the kuper belt - they are not stationed there though.....he doesn't know/doesn't state where the remaining 68 are from..so 3 are from the kuper belt, the rest we don't know..they are spread all over - near earth..does that help at all?
