hey rainchild. decriminalization is not the answer at all. if pot is 'de-criminalized', criminals will still be selling it. all decriming does is give pot smokers a break.
it must be legalized. that way people can grow their own, or buy it from govt authorized outlets, allowing taxes and income for the govt.
and argante, i think you need to smoke a dube and relax.
