can you recommend some music/sounds to help bring these up sooner ?
p.s. love is often taken as love for an individual, pet, friend... but really, it is a positive disposition for all that's there we want to cultivate and nurture..remind ourselves of.. compassion and altruism then follow.
it doesn't come naturally for lot of people, 'cause of the FEAR factor..
