Yeah, this worries me too. I spent over 15 years in Scientology and those guys are HOT on Ethics. On this forum the mods can't even enforce the guidelines on "naked links" and "posting of outside text". Their idea of ethics seems to be different to mine. I've offered some basic suggestions on the relevant thread but I don't think anyone's listening.
Also, in my opinion, "In The Mists" just alienates the person concerned and the other forum users who want to know why they are being punished. If the mods want to install an effective ethics system I think they are on the wrong track with this. There are better ways.
