I just went to David's web site and his "Disclosure Endgame" ebook. Here is what he had ot say about the Norway spiral, and I quote, "The Norway Spiral is only the most recent indication that an incredible, seemingly-impossible moment in human civilization and consciousness may actually be about to happen -- the open, formal announcement that we are not alone in the Universe." This does not mention HAARP at all.
