And to think that I buy a lot of Poland Spring water. *groan*
I have a water filter at home but rarely use it. Need to make a habit of doing so and bottling it in re-usable gallon jugs to drink. I recently started drinking water more often and I never realized that bottled water could have unhealthy **** in it.
It seems like NOTHING is good for you anymore.
