Those pesky Lizards. Always up to no good they are. Apparently Their in a higher state of frequency. Thats why they flash between Human and rep so quickly. When they smell blood the can barely contain their human form. The royals are used as hosts because of DNA frequency compatability. Hence the whole "blue blood" thing and all the wierd robed rituals and blood sacrifices. They impose Draconian laws on this planet because hey brought law from the Alpha Draconis system, their home.
