Understood (with apologies) - this is sometimes a frustrating problem with low (or even medium) internet speeds, with processors overloaded with other applications, or simply with older machines. It's far from ideal.
One workaround might be to wait patiently and let it load.... then start to play it after a few minutes buffering.
It's a temporary solution... I wanted to make the videos available soonest. I'll certainly get them out there in other ways as soon as possible.
