Okay- for one- you are eating mostly carbs (refined except for the fruit) that willl cause most to crash too- which stimulates and then your adrenals crash- if you centered your diet on vegetables with some protein and a bit of fruit and use the MCT with vegetables- I think you might notice a difference.
