Mizer is right. But you only need to devote as much time as you wish. It is not a race. The hardest part is learning the minds language.
I will be here to help you. After you get the basics down and 1 or 2 sessions under your belt, you can do as much or as little as you like. I am hoping that you enjoy it so much that you will want me to give you a lot of targets.
