Re: Your Final Moments - What comes to mind?
I was a child coming home from school. It was dark and raining that night. As I was crossing the street, a big car made a left hand turn and knocked me down. Before I was hit, I noticed that I barely stood taller than his hood. I layed there and being only a child thought I was going to die and not get dinner that night.
Sorry, nothing prophetic or insightful, but I was a small child (perhaps 2nd grade).
By the way, thank you to the bus driver (a black man) who rushed out of his bus and scooped me off the street. I was crying too much to say thank you. The x-rays the next day did not show anything was broken and I think I'm normal.
