I adopted a vegetarian diet in July. I eat NO meat, and eat entirely organic foods. I do indulge in coffee, though...that is hard to give up. I take a great many supplements, 3000 mg of vitamin D every night to prevent flu, some colloidal silver, vitex for hormone issues, etc. The pain is still there

I am trying very hard, meditation, etc. This is becoming very frustrating.
