Oh well Alyscat, I am confused most of the time myself.
WHAT I DID:
Mixed up a 15 drop dose with the citric acid waited 3 mins and added !/4 tsp of DMSO.
Rubbed the whole dose on my skin.
Waited an hour and did it again
Waited an hour and did it again.
Oh man! my nose started to run, dry cough, wheezing, felt awful.
OK, I overdid it-It has been 24 hours since I was so foolish and I am feeling much better.
Today I have gone back to taking it orally (9 drops)

I THINK(always a dangerous thing) the MMS is probably more effective used
topically but be careful not to over do it (as I am wont to do)
