Very interesting stuff!
The concept of "First Contact" is a little ridiculous actually. When that event happened in our distant history, there were no humans (homo sapiens) on the planet Earth.
Earth was originally colonized 400,000+ years ago by space-faring extraterrestrials. Earth was then colonized again about 300,000+ years ago by a different extraterrestrial race. Before and after these events, there have been many visits by other extraterrestial races to the planet.
So, the fact is that we are all the remnant of First Contact. If you're new to this reality, then I would recommend that you check out Stewart Swerdlow's interview by George Noory on Coast-to-Coast AM which is available at YouTube, Googlevideo, LiveLeak, etc. The information that Swerdlow talks about is the same information that the government used to brief employees in the secret "gray" projects, such as S4, Project Montauk, and many others.
What we have going on today is what is termed an "intervention" on the planet. This is where advanced extraterrestrial races are working to control the population (as they always have been in one way or another) and the resources of this remarkably diverse water world called Earth. The extraterrestrial races that are doing this are considered to be "resource explorers" who have fanned out into the galaxy looking for valuable resources that they can claim for their own civilizations. One of the resources that these races are interested in is humanity itself.
Such is the reality of life in the cosmos.
