You got it - plant your garden and buy meat from the local guys where possible. Google a guy called Graham Sait, (it's an eye opener) the s*** that passes for food these days will fill you but you won't get any nutritional value from it. It's another way of dumbing down, keeping folks asleep, keeping us away from Mother Earth by feeding us artificially grown food.
