On his behalf we can upload/post here relevent materials including a Pdf file and links to sites containing further data. Quite surprised at the lack of interest shown for one of the UK's whistleblowers whom has been in the public domain for 14 years consistently relating data re black budget programs. He is suffering trauma at this time as a result of his striving to blast open the doors of the secret keepers.
