With it being a mobile phone vid it is even more liekly to have vertical or horizontal lines suddenly. what it gives it a bit more credit is that the line stops at the light. The problem is its really easy to edit and also they removed the sound and never saw the lines of light until they played it back i presume.
and i hate The Sun, terrible tabloid but i like the fact they pay attention to UFO issues so much, which in turn could also attract hoaxes
