I think what you're describing is more for the possible coming nuclear attacks, that would disable any electronic devises. What I'm thinking is everyday protection, right now, against those cell phone towers and ELF waves out there. I have a reason to suspect strongly they are projecting some nasty mind control waves at us. It's better to be paranoid than a zombie.
