Water. Exercise. Drink lots of water. Your body can't metabolize and wash out anything if you don't drink water. Do you think fat just evaporates off your skin? No- you pee it out!

When you exercise, vary your activities. If you do too much of one thing your body becomes efficient at it and doesn't burn as quickly.
