I have no doubt that there may be UFOs - but not alien craft, simply craft engineered here with. Not-reversed engineered. Simply our technology, secret techology. Higher technology than the public knows about has always been kept secret throughout all ages, it is nothing new.
As well, bennycog is absolutely correct, that in fact if you go into the heavy amounts of research there is available about the rockefeller foundation, you'll find that not only Greer, but many, many UFO/alien promoting organizations have been set up or funded by the rockefeller foundation. It is psychological warfare, counter intelligence.
Another thing to, is you always have to be extra skeptical and on guard when you are getting this information from "ex-cia, ex-military", etc. Even if some of these people are genuine, information in these organizations is very compartmentalized as most of you know, and some such as Cooper have pointed out, that they have been compartmentalized to believe some of this stuff themselves.
Not only that but given the technology used by the controlling oligarchy now-a-days, it is possible to even put memories into people's minds. Especially in institutions like the military where human experiements run rampant.
