The ET's are there. Many of them. What do we have to do to communicate with them? Do we have to gather together in groups with good intent? What might encourage them to consider some sort of dialog with people outside of the power circles. Could this be something that might happen? How do we know, how do we find out. Whats the first step?. From their perspective ( which we can know nothing about ) what is stopping them communicating with a group of Humans who have good intent. I am not stupid, I know this is putting the question in simplistic terms, I still don't see a reason why it could not happen. anybody care to comment, give their two cents worth?
